In the film coralline, the sequence of the jumping mouse circus scene, featured 51 carefully choreographed mice, all at once. And every one of them had to be repositioned to give the idea of movement or they were replaced by another mouse, in a different position, at least 12 times for every second of filming. In the end, about 650 different mice or 6,000 separate parts were used.
